Eight core models, split on three axes: generation (5th or 4th — the difference is changeover time), throughput (under or over 70 kg/h), and dosing configuration (single powder, dual powder, or dual material). Fix those three and the model is decided. High-temperature resins do not need a separate machine — the same model takes a high-temp configuration, suffix -S, shown in the full range table below.

Dual-powder and dual-material are not the same machine. On the dual-powder model both tanks hold powder (color powder with metallic pigment, color powder with mould release). The dual-material model handles multiple resin streams (resin with calcium carbonate, for example), for cases where the bulk densities differ too much to blend evenly in a tumble mixer and the heavy fraction settles out as soon as the hopper vibrates. The wrong machine will not fix the problem once it is installed.

Code suffixes: S high-temp · U oil-spray · T regrind · D dual-material · F dual-powder · L large-capacity · M standard. A model with no High-Temp in its name is the standard temperature grade. Where dimensions, power or weight show “—”, that configuration shares the base model’s figures and the register does not list it separately — tell us which configuration you need and we will issue a datasheet for it. High-temp and standard-temp units look identical; the difference is in the heat-resistant construction, not the housing.
Three things decide the model: melt temperature, usage rate, and the type of powder you run. If you are unsure, send us the resin and color powder you use and we will test on your actual materials.
